I’ve had the opportunity to travel to some interesting and outstanding historic sites over the years. In this space, I’d like to provide you with my impressions of some of those places and to make recommendations as to who might be interested in visiting certain sites. All of these sites recognize or honor the contributions of American citizen-soldiers in our nation’s history. None of us have enough time to always do the things we like, so this is my way of educating you about certain historic sites and to help you make choices about the very best places you might like to visit.
